What they were facing
We saw an opportunity in the image enhancement market: existing tools were either expensive enterprise solutions or low-quality free tools with bad UX. There was no product that combined state-of-the-art AI upscaling with a polished, intuitive interface at an accessible price point.
How we solved it
We designed and engineered Upscale Forge from scratch — a full SaaS product with a React frontend, Supabase backend, and an AI processing pipeline built on cloud GPU models. The UI was designed to be dead simple: upload, enhance, download. Behind the scenes, the system handles tiled upscaling, user accounts, subscription billing, and usage tracking.
